Common Code™ is a compilation of practical, learning experiences designed to help educational and workplace institutions foster respectful and effective communication and environments. Our sessions focus on building mutual understanding and skills that support collaboration.
Through interactive discussion and real-world scenarios, participants gain tools to navigate communication, and institutional responsibility with clarity and confidence. Trainings are customized for workplace teams, K–12 schools, colleges, universities, churches, and all learning environments.

Through the IMPACT Policy, we educate and mobilize communities to understand and influence the policies that shape their daily lives. With IMPACT, we educate, equip, and mobilize communities to understand how policy shapes everyday life. IMPACT teaches people how bills become laws, tracks harmful legislation, and train advocates, community and faith leaders, and youth to respond with strategy, power, and clarity. We create accessible toolkits, host policy briefings, and mobilize communities to defend LGBTQ+ rights, healthcare access, and voting power across the South.

Faith Unfiltered is a community-based dialogue, education, and healing initiative designed to create safe, affirming spaces for individuals navigating faith, identity, trauma, and belonging, particularly those from marginalized, LGBTQ+, and faith-impacted communities. At its core, Faith Unfiltered addresses the harm caused by rigid, exclusionary, and trauma-inducing religious teachings by fostering honest conversations that center lived experience, mental health, spiritual integrity, and social justice. The program intentionally bridges the gap between faith and liberation, offering participants tools to deconstruct harmful theology without abandoning spirituality, purpose, or community.
Through facilitated conversations, live forums, workshops, and digital content, Faith Unfiltered invites participants to wrestle openly with questions many have been taught to suppress.
We refuse to normalize crisis as inevitable.
Therefore, we pursue bold, structural solutions to housing insecurity, domestic violence, and food access rather than temporary fixes. We set ambitious goals, test innovative approaches, and remain committed to impact even as strategies evolve. Learning including from failure is part of responsible leadership.
No single organization can solve systemic problems alone.
Therefore, we actively convene partners across community, nonprofit, government, philanthropic, and private sectors including those who do not typically work together. We see our role as a connector and translator, aligning shared goals and coordinating action across silos.
Visibility matters when it is used responsibly.
Therefore, we use our platform to elevate overlooked issues, advocate for policy change, and amplify the voices of those most impacted. We also support our partners by sharing strategy, communications expertise, and narrative framing that helps attract resources and public support.
Proximity matters.
Therefore, we engage as active collaborators with residents, partners, and community co-creating goals, shaping strategies, and building solutions together. We do not outsource responsibility; we stay engaged from planning through implementation and evaluation.
