Leaving or surviving an abusive relationship is rarely a single decision, it's a season, often the most dangerous and destabilizing one a person will face. Bridge provides practical, judgment-free support to help survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence get through that season safely.

Through emergency assistance, resource navigation, and community referrals, Bridge connects people to housing support, safety planning, legal resources, and essential needs  helping prevent a moment of crisis from becoming a long-term one. Bridge serves survivors of all genders and family structures, recognizing that safety shouldn not depend on fitting a particular profile of who abuse "looks like."

 Catalyst equips individuals, families, and communities with the tools to recognize, respond to, and prevent domestic and intimate partner violence before it escalates. This happens through trainings, community conversations, education, and leadership development. Catalyst also houses 'Gravity', educational programming that makes tech careers accessible for women and girls. Community responsibility, not a private burden. Every individual deserves access. 

Individual support isn't enough if the systems around survivors remain broken. Impact Policy advances advocacy, policy education, and systems-change work that protects people experiencing domestic and intimate partner violence and expands their access to safety, dignity, and opportunity.

Through coalition-building, civic engagement, research, and public policy advocacy, Impact Policy pushes for stronger protections, better-resourced services, and more responsive systems including the gaps that leave survivors of every background underserved by services built around a narrow assumption of who needs help.
